With both his father and grandfather preceding him with careers in the construction industry, Matt Lucas was exposed to the craft early on. After graduating from Chaminade High School, Matt went on to Boston university's School of Management to learn the business side of things. After graduating in 2003, he immediately started his own building business.
He has since built everything from large condominium projects to multi-home subdivisions to residential custom homes in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Matt also manages large home and commercial renovation projects throughout Long Island from Garden City to Bridgehampton, all while remaining a well-respected licensed real estate agent at Saunders Real Estate.
